This is Garret’s answer to Art Space’s “request for qualifications” for a
site-specific sculpture project to be located in the city of Terre- Haute, Indiana in
Fairbanks Park. My proposal called for an eight foot bronze statue of Paul Dresser holding a phonograph in which played his songs when activated.
