Leonardo da Vinci's to-do list, circa 1490s
While travelling, Leonardo kept a small notebook at the ready for notes
and sketching. In one of these notebooks, he listed a number of things
he wished to accomplish in one week or month in the late 1490s. “It is
useful,” Leonardo once wrote, to “constantly observe, note, and
consider.” And what a to-do list.
NPR’s Robert Krulwich had it directly translated.
