The above ink drawing by Frank Frazetta is a good example of the use of atmospheric perspective. Notice how the guy on the slab is rendered in a lighter value of line than the girl. This creates the illusion of depth.Also,
in regards to depth, a thicker line will come forward and a thinner
line will recede. The same goes for sharp lines and fuzzy lines.
